How It Works - Courses

Step 1 - Register to be a part of the network.

  • Fill out and submit the registration form.

  • Complete Terms & Conditions agreement we’ll send to you for final approval.

  • Provide us with your course information, logo & photos to be added to our course listings.

Step 2 - Create discount codes in your point-of-sale system.

  • Create discount codes for each membership type which can be applied to your green fee line item.

    • “P3Golf Classic” - 10% discount

    • “P3Golf Premium” - 20% discount

Step 3 - Apply the discount upon check-in.

  • Members will be directed to book directly through your clubs online booking platform, or call to book where required.

  • Upon arrival for a tee-time, P3Golf members must display their digital membership ID card.

  • The ID card will display the membership level of discount to be applied, as well as confirm that the account is “active”.

Step 4 - Earn referrals on new member sign-ups!

  • Each club will be provided with a sign for display in their facility showing golfers you’re a part of the P3Golf network.

  • This sign will have a QR code directing visitors to our website, and a unique referral code for your club.

  • Every new membership purchased using your club’s referral code will earn a 10% referral commission.

Club FAQ’s

  • We want to help you increase rounds played at your club, and be a part of a network that our members will choose to play over a course that isn’t. In addition, network clubs can earn referral commissions on new member registrations.

    Want to offer additional discounts or incentives in off-peak times? We’ll work with you to notify our members of exclusive offerings and help you fill your tee sheet.

  • Yes, there is an annual registration fee of $249 +HST. This provides you with listing on our site including a profile page, website & booking links and more. This also includes tracking of referrals for commissions.

  • For every new P3Golf member that joins using your club’s unique referral code, your club will earn a commission equal to 10% of the gross membership amount purchased. This commission is calculated annually and applied towards the registration fee. If commissions earned are greater than the annual registration fee, then we’ll provide payment to your club for the difference 30 days after the anniversary date.

  • No. The idea is that the discounts for P3Golf members can apply to any publicly available tee-time. Setting restrictions that vary from club to club will create challenges and limit member bookings, and potentially referrals earned.

  • P3Golf membership discounts are only to be applied towards your club’s regular public rate. Members cannot receive discounts on already discounted times, such as last minute deals, package or group rates, pre-paid passes etc.

  • No, the discount is based on the regular green fee rate unless your pricing is such that the cart fee is already included with the rate.
